Virgin America Check-In Kiosk

2006 - 2007 | Wunderman LA

Project Summary

Create a positive first impression with Virgin America's passengers by providing a simple and intuitive check-in experience, while also subtly training users on touch-screen interaction patterns they will find on VA's in-flight entertainment system. The UX further established Virgin's way of doing things differently by being presented to users on a table, where users may place their luggage or easily write a note.
